Remote desktop stopped working when computer was upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7
My home computer is running Windows XP Home Edition (Version 5.1, service pack 3).My work computer was recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, and Remote desktop no longer works when I try to connect to my work computer. The error message is:Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:1) Remote access to the server is not enabled2) The remote computer is turned off3) The remote computer is not available on the networkMake sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled-----However, my co-workers can use remote desktop to connect to my computer.Thanks,janet1 person needs an answerI do too
