Remote User Changed password on laptop and now cannot login
Hello,
I have a remote user who has changed her password on her laptop and I believe she was VPNed in so It may have authenticated with AD, but now she is complaining she cannot login with new or old password. How can I get her back into her computer if she is
remote and not connected to the AD network?
