Remote Log Access is currently disabled on CX600

Hi,

I have an issue with my Polycom CX600 firmware version : 4.0.7577.4387.

I am trying to enable the Remote Log Access using below steps :

1. Go to settings

2.Go to Remote Log Access (Remote Log Access is currently disabled. To allow others to view logs from this device remotely press OK. The setting will be automatically disabled after 48 Hours)

3. I press OK (You are about to allow others to view logs from this device remotely. Do you want to continue?)

4. I click on YES.

It should be enabled already but when i open the Remote Access log once again, it still saying that it is disabled.

Any solutions for this?

For the detailed setting about Lync phone, you had better to consult the Polycom provider.

Although Microsoft added this feature in CU7 it was not yet activated.  I have not yet tested this in CU8 (.4387) so it is possible that the feature is still not enabled as the behavior you are describing is the same as I saw in the previous firmware.
