Remote Desktop using Windows 7, can't see complete screen
Since installing Windows 7 UltimateI have a problem with Remote Desktop. The program that I am running on the server of my office is to large to fit the screen. I have a 22" monitor but have to bring down the screen resolution to 640 x 480 to have everything I need in my screen. This problem did not occure under Vista Ultimate, and does not occur under Windows NT or even XP using a ?TM connection.Calling Support does not help, since this is considered a Professional issue and will be charged at a rate of 299.00 per hour.My desktop is being displayed almost normal, but since the program I use has buttons that I have to point to with my mouse at the button of the screen (which are not visable) I can not use the program I need to use. As I said before, this problem started using Windows 7, not under Vista.regardsLotte

Hi Lotte, What Remote Desktop software is in use? If you use Remote Desktop Connection, you may try the following steps first. 1. Launch Remote Desktop Connection and click Options. 2. Switch to Display tab, and move the slider to Full Screen. 3. Click Connect to check the issue again. Whats the result?Arthur Li - MSFT
