I use RDP on Windows 7 64 bit to connect to my virtual server in the office. When it tries to connect it freezes on the login screen. If I cancel and try again it fails again. Only after failing for three times straight, I will be able to connect

Hi, After checking this issue, may I know the following details: 1. Did this issue occur before? If not, please restore your system to a previous time point which remote desktop worked fine. 2. Does this issue occur in Clean Boot mode? 3. What is operating system of the virtual server you want to connect?
