Remote Desktop Services Manager / Terminal Services Manager / Windows 7 Enterprise
I've upgraded to Windows 7 Enterprise from Windows XP SP3. I'm used to using Terminal Services Manager to 'reset' a 'Down' RDP-TCP and/or ICA-TCP port. In Remote Desktop Services Manager, the ability to 'Reset' a 'Down' port is 'grayed out'. I can not 'Reset' the port. I've checked in Windows Features and all selections under Remote Server Administration Tools have been checked. I do not want to create another port. I want to 'Reset' the existing 'Down' port. I'm a little frustrated that I have to logon to an XP workstation to get this accomplished. Am I missing something? Is something not configured correctly? Do I need to install an additional app?

Hi, To make this issue clear, please capture some related screenshots for analyzing: How to capture a screenshot ========================= 1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard. 2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter. 3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save". 4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot". 5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click “Desktop” on the left pane and then click "Save". 6) Then Upload to SkyDrive.
