I have a Remote Desktop Connection problem. I recently had to have my PC re-imaged. Now when I attempt to launch Remote Desktop Connection I get the message "The pre-release version of Remote Desktop Connection has expired. To download the full version of Remote Desktop Connection, go to Windows Update....." I go to Windows Update and download the software. I launch install shield to install the application. the installtion begins and then I get the following message "Remote Desktop Connection cannot be installed because your operating system already has a built in version..." I can't uninstall the existing and can't install a new version. All help is welcome. thanks to all.2 people need an answerI do too
