Remote Desktop Connection Delay
Is there a way to stop the "Please wait for domain\user to respond" message when connecting to a Windows 7 pc through RDC? I want to connect immediately without the delay. We have the group policy setting "Set rules for remote control of Remote Desktop Services user sessions" set to "Full Control without user's permission" enabled, however it does not seem to have any effect.

Hi, Thanks for the post! It will take a little while to response when using Remote Desktop Connection. It’s a normal behavior. This group policy allows you to specify the level of remote control permitted in a Remote Desktop Services session, it’s not related to the time that the computer responses. Miya, you are incorrect. Although Group Policy changes will take time to get updated to the machines, you have done nothing to help answer J.Tange's question. I also have the same problem and it is annoying how everyone repeats the same answer which does not really answer anything.
