Remote Control no longer works
Hi ALL,
I support users on a few WS2008 R2 (SP2) using the TSAdmin. At least on two of them, everytime I try to interact with a session, my user and myself get disconnected and I get a message "Access is denied". It has been working for years and beside updates,
nothing was changed. I saw the recommendation to change the policy that governs "Balances memory and network bandwidth" - it did not solve my problem. None of my users are using the RDP Multi-screens feature that does not allow remote control.
Can anyone help me resolve that problem or let me know why all of a sudden this is happening.
Thanks.
Richard

Hi Richard,
I found you have posted a same thread on Server Forum
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverTS/thread/acc39f44-0959-471e-9849-bff34e22b1a3/
As this is Windows 7 specific Forum, and tsadmin.msc is a part function on Windows Server 2008 to remote desktop
and manage client PC on the domain. I wish you will find the solution on Server Forum.
Thank you for your understanding.
