Remote Assistance - Randomly doesn't work on some PCs
We've setup Remote Assistance on our network of a few hundred PCs. So far things have been good, but occasionally we get a PC that should be fine to RA to, but when attempting to just throws up "Your offer to help could not be sent." immediately, as if it doesn't even try. We've set things up correctly, have our Helpdesk group as allowed Remote Access users via GPO, I can confirm in the case of the most recent PC via Regedit that this setting is being applied (the group appears under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\RAUnsolicit on the PC). As said this works fine on the majority of PCs that also receive the identical policy settings. Also Firewall is off, even disabled the service for it. Any help on where to even start diagnosing this?

1. Have you tried analyze situation by network monitor? 2. Are there any traces in event logs? 3. Try to check configuration and logs in active network devices. Rgds Milos
