Using XP; trying to set up a session; although the computer names are not in the format of: fairbank.exchange.com. Instead the computer name/full name are: Jeff-PC or Jeff. I opened up control panel; went into System folder and clicked on Computer Name. Could not locate a name in the correct format or IP address that could be recognized. Any ideas? If you are looking for an IP address, go to start/run and enter cmd and OK. In the window that opens key in ipconfig /all and enter; this will give you the IP addresses.
