Hi I have successfully been able to setup remote assistance and am successful in initiating the connection by using the "Offer" feature. However it takes atleast 30 seconds for the recipient to receivethe notification in the LAN which is all running 100MBit connections. I am looking at using Remote assistance in Vista to replace my current VNC solution. Also, are you able to initiate the connection and take full control without any input from the remote user? Cheers
