Hi, I am trying to find a solution to enable remote assistance from domain network to internet users. Can we do any changes to our network firewall by which we can use remote assistance from our network to open internet securly. We want to support the remote uses when they are unable to connect through office VPN but they are on internet. Please advice if this is possible if yes is this secure or not.
