Remote Assistance

Hi,
I created a test Group Policy for testing Remote Assistance by enabling Offer Remote Assistance in Windows Server 2008 R2 Domain.
In that OU i moved some XP machines and some windows 7 machine.
But the problem is the group policy is not applying to windows 7 machines.
Then i enabled local group policy in Windows 7-It's working fine.
Please help me.

Hi,

Firstly, please let us know whether the issue occurred with all your Windows 7 machines.

Meanwhile, based on my research, please check the following:

1. Make sure that Windows 7 joined the domain correctly.
2. Check what group policies that your Windows 7 received via running rsop.msc.

If it turns out that your Windows 7 machines do not receive the group policy setting, it is recommended to double check your Windows Server 2008 R2 side and post the thread in

Windows Server Forums.

Hope this helps.
