Reinstall windows without losing updates?
I'm planning on transferring my computer to another owner. If I restore my computer to its factory settings, will the next person have to go through the entire update process again in order to get it ready to install Windows 10?

If you did not upgrade to win 10 then yes they will have to install all the drivers before they will even be offered the update to win 10
