Reinstall or Reset Sticky Notes on Windows 7?
So Stick Notes is an awesome feature, but I've been facing bugs on my x64 Win 7 Pro (RTM) install. The first time I installed Win7 RTM, the add "+ new note" option vanished from the jump list. I recently clean installed Win7 since I had made some hardware changes. It was working great, but now another major bug. If I have a few notes open and I double-click on the icon, all of the notes minimize. That's great. However if I try to single or double click on the taskbar icon again, it won't restore. Windows keeps playing the "alert" sound each time I click on it as though something's stuck. I tried closing all notes, rebooting, and nothing worked. Only way to have Sticky Notes appear again if I accidentally minimize is to end the process in task manager and start again. Plus, here's the part that sucks: it even gets stuck sometimes and begins to flash rapidly and begins to use 50% CPU levels... I just have about 3 stickies open with simple text, nothing special. I tried to reproduce the issue on my friend's Win7 machines, neither of them had the issue!

Wow, I just found the solution just after posting this! It's a compatibility issue with Wacom Drivers for the Pen & Touch model that causes this to happen. If I uninstall those drivers, everything works perfectly fine!
