Registry Error

Hi

I'm getting the blue screen on death on startup straight after getting the hp sign

I then get to a page that says this" Registry Crashed. Collecting Information (100% complete). We will now restart your PC."

For more information on this error search REGISTRY_ERROR in the web.

And now its just perpetually rebooting

I tried system restore/repair/refresh/sfc /scannow nothing is working - any ideas?

Thankyou,

Margaret

Have you tried booting into safe mode, or from a win 8 dvd?

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Yes,
It won't boot into safe mode -the same thing happens, the computer came with win 8 preinstalled so I dont have a CD

Your options are obviously limited.  You need to download a win 8 dvd and burn it (or use a USB).  If it is still under warranty contact the seller
