Hi Deep25,
Error code 0xc00000e9 indicates that there is an I/O error.
Could we be able to boot into the Windows Recovery Environment? If available, check the article below to run an Automatic Repair.
Windows RE Troubleshooting Features
Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) Overview
Please also try to run chkdsk to check if any errors on the hard disk (Load the command prompt from Windows Recovery Environment and run the chkdsk command there).
And if the disk is crashed, I am afraid little help we could offer here.

Sir, I clearly stated above that there is no problem with the data of the system drive. It isn't crashed. I can access the entire data after booting through a secondary hard disk using explorer. My only concern is to regain the authentic Windows 8.1 Pro
key that was installed in my system before the error occurred. And I want you to provide the troubleshooting guide to this specific key problem!
All I need is the way to get back my genuine Windows 8.1.

Hi Deep25,
So Windows 8.1 that issues the error 0xc00000e9 is bootable?
If yes, please share the detailed error message here, take a look into Event Viewer(Type Event Viewer in the search box and select
View Event logs) and check if there are any errors logged.
Further, check the below article and see if it could help:
Why can't I activate Windows?
If you have already tried the automatic repair, the other options you may choose here is a system restore, or a PC refresh.
Best regards
