Hello,

I redirect the Documents folder of my users to a network share. When users go offline, I would like them to have their Documents folder still available.

I read that actually Windows should make the redicrected folders available offline automatically... but of course... not in my case... I get an error telling me that the \\fileserver\users\user1\Documents folder is not available.

I have no policies prohibiting Offline files.

What could be causing this?

Do you mean that the document folder cant be available when the user is offline?

Please check if you can access the share folder when the user is online.

Please check if you can access the file server by using IP address like \\<IP>\users\user1\Documents.
