Redirected AppData(Roaming) Is Causing Lots of Sync Errors
Hello. We are in the midst of a Windows 7 migration. We use a GPO to redirect the AppData(Roaming) folder to a network location. Doing so produces a lot of sync conflicts of files that we don't use very often. This may be because we are logging in with our accounts on many different computers. Here is an incomplete list of conflicts names:Desktop (create shortcut)MagnifierMail recipientNarratorNotepadOn-Screen KeyboardShow DesktopShould we be seeing these conflict errors?

Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest trying the following as a check: 1. Disable Search Index service: 1) Click Start, type "Services" (without quotations) at the Search bar, 2) Right-click on the Windows Search service and select "Properties". 3) Click the Stop button and choose "Disabled" for the start type. 4) Click OK to apply this setting. 2. Boot the Windows 7 client to a clean boot environment and logon to check the issue: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 Hope this helps.
