Hi I'm having the following problem.
I have a Dell Precision M4700 with two 320GB SATA drives in RAID 0. I had to replace one of the HDDs, but was able to make an image of my drive using the in built tool in Windows 8.1.
I'm having problems re-imaging the computer.
I boot from the en_windows_8_1_enterprise_x64_dvd_2791088.iso (the same was installed prior to the HDD swap) and go in to advanced recovery options and select to restore from image. I load the Intel Rapid store drivers for the RAID. But
when I try to apply the image I get the following error.
The system image restore failed.
Error detail: The processor architecture or OS version of Windows Recovery Environment is not the same as that of the computer that was backed up. For example, a backup of an Vista X64-based computer can be recovered only by using an Vista X64-based version of Windows Recovery.
