Hi! I use Vista Ultimate 32 bit and a Netgear 802 access point (SSID is not hidden). When I come home and start up my notebook (from Standby), but the reconnect to my Netgear endures too long. Sometimes I have to deactivate and reactivate my WLAN on the notebook, sometimes I have to look for available networks many times. After a few searches my WLAN is reachable and I can connect to it. My XP-clients connect to my access point immediately after they start up, so I ask myself why Vista don't do this, too. Anybody else got this problem, also? Thanks for help! Greetings Udo
