Hi, I'm new in this forum. I'm receiving error with my new laptop but don't have any idea what causes it.

you also have another option to contact Kaspersky support

Some of the case will solved by upgrade video driver (if you have embedded display driver) or upgrade patch or version

completely remove Kaspersky will be a temporary solution
