Is it expected to see Received Calls and Successful Calls outside of your business

Hi,<o:p></o:p>
I wasnt expecting to see successful calls out of business hours. I appreciate that callers can still call out of hours and get the "closed" message, and perceived that as a received call. Presumed successful was only when open and group can apply queue and workflow rules.<o:p></o:p>
So , I guess what I am asking is that a call out of hours will appear in both received and successful calls?

This I believe is by design, technically the call was successful as it was answered by the response group service and performed whatever task you have assigned to it off-hours. If you need to track off-hours abandoned, disconnected, or transferred
calls you may need to build a special SQL query.
