I get a really high pitched noise from my speakers when they are configured anything over 80% volume in the  Realtek HD Audio Manager. I tried Sound Properties>Enhancements>Environment>Room to no avail.

What is the fix?

Uninstall and reinstall Realtek HD Audio. Visit the website of the manufacturer to download the latest audio driver.

if you have laptop with microphone, sometimes the pitch sound came from feedback from that microphone. Try to adjust setting for that microphone at recording setting.
