Realtek HD Audio Sound Doesn't Work
Hello,
I am using an asus p9x79 pro motherboard with integrated sound. My audio driver is Realtek HD Audio. I have checked the forum and everyone suggests disabling the front panel, but my realtek hd audio manager looks nothing like the ones on screenshots and
nothing works for me. I does not provide the option to turn off the front panel. This is what it looks like for me:

I have been trying to disable the devices in the devices manager to no avail. This is really frustrating as I have spent two days in a row trying to get this thing to work and haven't got a tiniest bit of progress so far.
Please help.

Hi ,
Did it occur before? Have you made some changes before this issue occur?
I suggest you update your audio driver to the latest version and check the result.
Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version:

When the driver installation is complete, you will need to set your audio settings again in the Realtek HD Audio Manager in the Control Panel. Some OEM computers
will have a custom version of the Realtek HD Audio Manager with the OEM manufacturer's name included instead.

Sometimes just uninstalling and reinstalling the driver works too.
