Re Install XP Pro
My XP SP3 box is running slow. I have scanned for virus, spyware etc and don't find anything. I am planning a re install of the OS to see if it will clean things up. I would like to keep certain settings and programs especially Outlook 2003 and all my emails. What is the best way to do this? Should I use the easy transfer wizard? I have network storage for the files and settings. If I use easy transfer wizard what are things I should do/not do? How do I ensure that all my emails will be there?

Try this first to make your computer go faster, then you can try the harder Re-Installing.http://www.microsoft.com/atwork/maintenance/speed.aspxAlso, you can add more RAM. How much RAM do you have? You can install up to 4 GB of RAM for Windows XP Pro.

Thank you theboxer5. While those things are helpful I'm sure you are aware how awesome a fresh install of XP is. I would like that speed again but I'm unsure about how to properly ensure that Outlook will be fully restored with all email intact.
