Rate My Call

Dear All

We updated to Skype for Business which works gret so far. But we have some users reporting that they are asked to rate their call all the time even we have set RateMyCallAllowCustomUserFeedback to false. Where could be the problem? Would there be a registry hack to switch it off?

Thank you very much.

Have you tried setting RateMyCallAllowCustomUserFeedback = $null

Also zero is valid in RateMyCallDisplayPercentage = 0

Hi,

The RateMyCallAllowCustomUserFeedback parameter does not dictate how often the user is asked to provide feedback on their experience. It simply allows them the ability to add a string of custom text along with their experience rating.

Instead, in order to adjust the frequency at which they are asked for feedback you will need to modify the RateMyCallDisplayPercentage parameter. Set this value to 0 if you don't want users to provide any feedback at all.

Also note that these settings are part of the client policy. So if you have multiple client policies in use across your organisation then you will need to modify these values in each of those policies.

Kind regards

Thank you very much for the reply. Good to know about the CustomUserFeedback. Well the RateMyCallPercentage is already set to 0 but still some users get from time to time the message. How can I see if there is more than one policy in use? I just run the command Get-CSClientPolicy and from there it is set to zero.

Kind Regards
