I'm connecting to my company VPN via rasdial(so I can automate process with batch files). After disconnect there is about 30% chance I will not be able to connect VPN again. Executing rasdial again causes instant "Command completed successfully" without any actual connecting happening. Using network list in system tray to connect is also not possible - usually list item just doesn't expand to show "Connect" button. Connection list available from Network and Sharing Center says it's connected, but does not respond at disconnect attemps. What's curious rasdial /disconnect from the other hand says there is no active connections. Connection is not functional and according to netstat does not exists. Nothing like this happens if I'm connecting via GUI. Restarting computer fixes problem. As for technical info: -I'm using Comodo Internet Security -VPN is L2TP/IPSec. -I've localized version of windows so I'm not sure if names & messages I gave above responds exactly to english version.

I have checked eventvwr a few times, but didn't found anything suspicious related directly to RAS. As for today only error that seems to happen quite often and is related to networking is problem with gateway recognition in NlaSvc. As for RasClient there is only just a few messages about regular connecting/disconnecting and few errors when connection wasn't established for more "natural" reasons(server timeout, lost wi-fi signal, etc - far too little for this issue). I'll try to replicate problem on another computer.
