Random network printer issues
Hi all, We have several Windows 7 computers on our domain with a Windows 2003 R2 print server and two 2008 R2 DCs. Our clients are configured with a VBS login script to map network printers from our Windows 2003 R2 print server. Now the problem is random regardless of what computer or user. When a user logs on the printer appears to connected but it isn't. We have to restart the printer spooler service on the local computer and reconnect the network printer either via script or UNC. This appears to the fix our issue. As I said the issue is random. Any ideas? Mark
