Random blue screen crashes (minidump files attached)
Hello, About two months ago I installed a new motherboard, cpu and memory in my wife's computer. A couple of weeks ago she began to get regular crashes. I've been saving minidumps for the last few days and the link to them is: http://cid-1f155091249f9f1f.office.live.com/self.aspx/Collected%20log%20files/Minidump.zip You can see that there are a variety of messages, beyond my meager powers to interpret. System specs are: OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor ADX250OCGQBOX ASUS M4A77D AM3 AMD Motherboard G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 SDRAM F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ Older power supply and video card Several old SATA hard drives I ran memtest for several hours and no errors for RAM I'm thinking about swapping out video card and/or power supply Any suggestions would be humbly appreciated. Thanks, John

Hi, After checking this issue, Probably caused by: dxgkrnl.sys(DirectX Graphics Kernel) It indicates that you may have a driver conflict, so I suggest you could try to update your BIOS and video card driver to latest. Hope it helps. Regards, Alex Zhao Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Please download memtest86+ [1], burn a new bootable CD (use a CD-RW if possible) from the ISO (download and use ImgBurn [2] to do this), reboot your PC and scan your RAM 4-5hours for errors. If it detects errors, replace the faulty RAM.
