Random BSOD on brand new computer Windows 7 x64 updated daily
Hello I just bought 2 months ago a brand new computer Asus P8Z68 Deluxe, Intel i7 2600K, Evga 580 GTX, 8gb Corsair Dominator ram, I installed windows without any problems and updated everything but after I installed yahoo messenger as soon as it started up it would BSOD with reference to ndis.sys, anyway I uninstalled YM since then and used digsby as an alternative. The problem is now it seems to have started crashing again with BSODs randomly like if I would plug in a device in the usb it would crash after a day or two. The latest BSOD happened today and I didn't have anything plugged in except for my mouse, keyboard and webcam which is all PnP. Here's the error data from event log: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff880014745bb). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101511-34959-01. I have the latest minidump only, on skydrive under John Miller.

Hi Sorry for the lack of skydrive link, any help would be greatly appreciated, this thing has been driving me nuts since I can't even start yahoo messenger and digsby isn't that great for file transferring also have a xbox 360 pc wireless receiver that I want to use (has official windows 7 x64 drivers) and I can but if I leave it connected for a day or two it causes the same blue screen (but was disconnected at the time of this minidump). I also tried disabling the network chips with no success. https://skydrive.live.com/#!/?cid=4757a26542d656a9&permissionsChanged=1&id=4757A26542D656A9!110 Thanks in advance.

I already have the latest drivers from asustek for my ethernet chips it has two chips an intel one and a realtek one. Both are updated. I did this as soon as I got the bsods. Any other advice?
October 15th, 2011 7:31am

Hmm something is weird though I checked the asustek site again for drivers and I noticed I have higher version drivers for my intel ethernet chip than those on the site. Mine are 16.5.2.0 and on the site there are 16.1.0.0 which is weird since I downloaded the 16.5.2.0 drivers from their site in august when I bought the computer.
