Did the issue happen only for you or for multiple users?
If the issue only happen for you, please try to test the issue on other well-worked computer Lync client with your Lync account. If the issue only happen on your computer, please try to delete the Lync user profile and then repair Office 2013, and update to the latest version to test the issue. If the issue also happen on other computers, it can be the issue of your Lync account, you can disable Lync account on Lync Server Control Panel and enable it again to test the issue.
If the issue happen for multiple users, please check if Lync Server update to the latest version, if not, update it and then test the issue again.
