I dont' really understand my computer so please can someone who does help in easily understandable way... i am really desperate!!!! My computer always freezes for around 1 min... but it seems that everytime when it freezes and warning is created... " DNS download.windowsupdate.com " coz i am using a chinese computer i can only translate as best as i can.. "the settings for DNS server has no respond, download.windowsupdate.com is overtime." the report code of this 1014. so are the freezing and that warning related?? and if so how could i solve the problem coz it is really getting on my nerves as it constantly freezes like every 5 mins!!!!>< Thanks a lot for helping!!!

This issue can be caused by one of the background programs. I suggest you troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode. Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program If the issue persists, please manually run Windows Update and let us know if it works properly.
