RUNDLL - The specified module could not be found
HelloWhenever I boot up my Windows XP Professional SP3 system the following RUNDLL error appears:"Error loading C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\ruchk.dll The specified module could not be found"Each time the name of the .dll file changes to something different.I have scanned the system with the malicous software removal toolkit and it has turned up nothing. Any recommendations on how I can stop this?ThanksTim

Hi Tim,Did you make any software or hardware changes on your machine prior to this issue? You may configure the computer in clean boot and check if the issue persists. It will start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs and helps to eliminate software conflicts. The following link has steps showing how to perform clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353Note: Please ensure that the computer is set to start as usual by following the section ‘Steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state’ from the article: How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" state: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353Hope the information helps. I would run these scans too and then if you still have a problem, we can fix it.Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/They can be uninstalled later if desired.Reboot your computer and troubleshoot remaining issues.Do, or do not. There is no try.I need YOUR votes and points for helpful replies and Propose as Answers. I am saving up for a pony!
