RSAT - Windows 7 SP1 clean - cannot Turn On features
I am trying (3rd time now) to install and use the RSAT for SP1 - Windows6.1-KB958830-x64-RefreshPkg.msu I've installed it, and the Administrative Tools are listed. But when I try to Turn On features I get "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed." It then asks me to restart, but no Features are working or listed. Extremely frustrating.

Hi, Before going any further, I would like to verify these siturations: 1 What version of your Windows 7? 2 All features of RSAT or single features cannot turn on? Try to follow these steps to remove RSAT and install it again: 1) Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Uninstall a program in the Programs area. 2) Click View installed updates. 3) Select Update for Microsoft Windows (958830). 4) Click Uninstall. If the issue persists, please run SFC /SCANNOW to check if system files has broken: 1)Click the Start button and type "Command Prompt" in the search box. 2)Right click Command Prompt to run as Administrator. 3)Type: sfc /scannow and press Enter to scan the whole disk. If it doesn’t work, you can try to perform an in-place upgrade to fix the components: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2255099 Hope that helps.
