Today they installed a RICOH MP C4000. Everything is working fine except scanning to a SMB folder. I putted the RICOH in the domain and when I authenticate with domain\admin and password I can't scan to the SMB folder. But when I authenticated with the server his credentials PC-Name/Admin and password it works. But I want that I can authenticate with the domain credentials. Does anyone have any idea?

Problem solved. Go to smb and fill in your domain example.local. Than go to file transfer and put user@domain.local and password.
