RG agent live

Hi,

Im testing the RG agent live that comes with the Lync ressource kit.

I can see members of a specific respose group and the current presence of the agent.

However, formal agents of a group will display nomatter if they are signed in to a group or not. Is there a solution to only to display agents that are actually members AND signed in?

No solution with that program.  You'd have to write your own SQL report to get this information.
