OK I am in need of some dire insight here.I have Vista business loaded for testing at my place of business. Now the issues is when I try to offer remote assistance to someone so I may connect and fix there issue. I get this error:"Your offer to help could not be sent"My environment is mostly XP machines. Is there some kind of incompatibility when offering remote assistance to XP machines from a Vista machine.any help is greatly appreshaited. !!!!
