Is anyone else having issues with getting IE10 to install the above ActiveX? Cannot seem to find anything related to IE10, only previous IE versions.

Sorted it. RD ActiveX add-on installed, compatibility mode enabled. Problem resolved.

HOW did you sort it out? I've tried everything I can find online and Microsoft has been ZERO help anywhere I look, they always blame the software maker, even though the software is REQUIRED for a MICROSOFT teaching tool.

I can't even remember posting this, it seems so long ago. I'm afraid I don't have much recollection of the exact steps I took, other than what I stated in the answer. Apologies for not being more helpful.
