RDP - allow remote connections to this computer option is disabled ( grayedout )

Domain Users can not able to access RDP, only local administrator can able to access

Hi NTRao,

Will all the machies come across this issue?Are you the administrator of these machines?
Have you deployed any group policy to control the RDP(remote desktop service)(Computer configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Remote Desktop Services | Remote Desktop Session Host | Connections |Allow users to connect remotely using Terminal Services)?

We can try to join the domain user to the local "Remote Desktop Users" group to have a check.(Lusrmgr.msc)

its not for all the machines, only for this machine, no Domain user cant able to access the RDP

Hi NTRao,

Have you checked whether the group policy has been deployed to the machine (rsop.msc)?
Have you tried to add the domain users to the  local "Remote Desktop Users" group to have a check?

For the specific machine,we can try to modify the registry keys directly.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSConnections
