HiI am trying to install RDP7 on a windows XP machine which has the latest SP3 updates. The installation file downloads and goes through the whole process of installation however when I run MSTSC and check the version it still shows shell version 6.0.061,Control Vesrion 6.0.061 and RDP protocol 6.1.How do I activate RDP protocol 7?I have tried this on numerous machines.TIAMick1 person got this answerI do too

Hi Diana thanks for getting back to me. The 2 machines in our office that run win 7 have rdp7 working on them the rest are xp sp3 machines. There is no issue with rd from any machine we need rdp7 for the bi- directional audio. We are running a windows server 2008 r2 server so everything should be fine but like I said nothing changes on the rdp dialogue box. It's as if it isn't installing. Any ideas would be welcome.
