My post disappeared - interesting.Anyhoo... officially, there's no word yet from MS as to when, exactly, the public RC will be released.However, general scuttlebut and half-rumor on the web (including several fairly reliable sites) are currently putting the release date at sometime between mid-April and late May, with the feeling now leaning towards late May.This, frankly, is a question that you should just Google.
