I would like to have the option to add the email for a user when I use RCDC User Create.

The only option I have is "Mailnickname" which does a Regex (MailNickname.StringRegex) - is there a  way to bypass that.

you can simply add aditional field to RCDC for user create to view mail attribute.

Simply copy another section of writable attribute (as firstName) and change suitable variables to mail. Also make sure that Set of users who are able to create users are also able to set value of mail
