RAVCpl64.exe System Error
When I tried to turn my computer on the other day I received a message saying Windows was unable to open, and did I want to restore it to an earlier time, which I did. I restored it to the day before when it was working fine, now each time I
turn the computer on, (it does go on) but I get a system error message saying: DClMAN32.dll is missing, reinstall this program to fix the problem. I don't know what this means, I have Windows 7 Home and did try looking this error up but couldn't
find that exact error. Any idea's? Thank you!

You can go to this link and download the missing file. Just follow the directions.
http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=dciman32
You can also run a registry cleaner to see if that helps.

I don't recommend download files from such sites.
Please start the command prompt (cmd.exe) with admin rights [1] and run sfc [2]:
sfc.exe /scannow
Is it able to find and repair broken files? If not, replace the DLL with the file from your DVD [3].
best regards

I highly recommend that MAT1013 (and everybody else) never run a
registry cleaner.
Registry cleaning programs are all snake oil. Cleaning of the
registry isn't needed and is dangerous. Leave the registry alone and
don't use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and
what vendors of registry cleaning software try to convince you of,
having unused registry entries doesn't really hurt you.
The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit
it may have.

Let me point out that neither I nor anyone else who warns against the
use of registry cleaners has ever said that they always cause
problems. If they always caused problems, they would disappear from
the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry
cleaner and never had a problem with it.
Rather, the problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it
the substantial risk of having a problem. And since there is no
benefit to using a registry cleaner, running that risk is a very bad
bargain.
