Quintum tenor AFM400 - Routing Incoming Calls

Dears,

I have Quintum tenor AFM400 that is configured with Lync 2010. I can make calls from Lync through the analog FXO ports successfully, but I can't route the incoming calls to specific Lync extension, when I call the line that is connected to the tenor, it keeps ringing without forwarding the call to the Lync extension.

Please can anyone help me and provide me the steps for routing the incoming calls to the Lync.

BR.

Hi,

Open Lync Server Control Panel, click on Voice Routing, double click on the desired Dial Plan and click New on the the Associated Normalization Rules. Check you have configure the Normalization Rules correctly.

Check your Line URI is like this: tel:+14163336666;ext=XXXX.

The Line URI is correct, I am also using wireshark for monitoring, but when I make a call to the tenor, the wireshark remains empty with no logs, which means that the mediation is not receiving anything from the tenor

Hi

You've posted this question in another one of your threads, the same answer is also true here

However, I have a good contact at Sonus, so I will ask them the question on your behalf

thanks
