Quick question, problem with windows 7 control panel
hey guys Here is a description of my problem, i bought a new laptop last week, a dell home computer, it has windows 7 and firefox on it. when opening the box all the cds and hardware components were there but the Control panel was missing, i thought maybe i threw it out in the trash but after checking i realised it was never sent by dell, what would you suggest i do?? Hi I'm not sure what you are calling the Control panel, but if it is a hardware item, it may have been shipped in a separate package. I would recommend calling Dell customer service and asking. Dell Order Support Hope this helps. Thank You for using Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

The term "control panel" normally refers to a piece of software that's a part of Windows. If you think you threw it out in the trash, that's clearly not what you are talking about, so please clarify exactly what it is that you are referring to.
