Questions on Setting up Archiving disclaimers for internal users and federated partners

Hello Team,

Is there any way to customize the archiving disclaimer for federated partners?

Is there anyway to set the archiving disclaimer for internal users?

HI 

Archiving disclaimer is only for federated partner till now, out of box does not support any  customization or for internal user. There are third party tools which can do that.

Hi,

You can add custom disclaimer or warning to beginning of every Lync IM conversation by using the New-CsClientPolicy or Set-CsClientPolicy Lync Server Management Shell cmdlets with the IMWarning parameter.
