Questionable Registry Keys
What are: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\fde_recwiz.exe and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\fde_stub.exe ? Can they be safely deleted? Tampa Bay Rays Fan1 person needs an answerI do too

Go to the key(s), highlight it and look in the right pane for a path statement that, if present, should give a little more information regarding identification of the program.

Backup and delete those two keys.The registry keys listed by the OP do not represent entries from valid software meaning they were obviously placed there by malware. Why then, would you delete the keys without recommending scans? I never recommend registry edits by a novice user. It usually causes more problems than originally existed. If the OP has to ask about registry keys it is immediately apparent they have no business editing the reg. I say this with all due respect to the OP.
