Question about Windows 7 SP1 language packs and existing machines
Hi, I suggest you'd better to uninstall unused language packs before installing SP1. Hello. My environment is Windows 7 Enterprise RTM x86. We have users across the globe and use numerous language packs for Windows 7. We are planning an upgrade of all machines to SP1. We are deploying SP1 via WSUS. I know that the SP1 language packs are not available in WSUS. Will we have any problems if we install SP1 on a Windows 7 machine but do not install the SP1 language pack right away? Thank you for any information.

No there would not be any problem, but you should in some way distribute SP1 even for the language packs.
